Danielle and Brian are getting married exactly one year from yesterday, and I couldn’t be more excited to be their wedding photographer! For their engagement session, we went to many of the iconic Austin spots: Auditorium shores, the Greetings from Austin sign, and my new favorite spot, The Pennybacker Bridge, aka The 360 Bridge. They are such a fun and sweet couple! Congrats!!

Kendra and Matt are tying the knot in Las Vegas! While I’m a little bummed that I’m not going to be there for their wedding, I had such a great time working with them during this awesome engagement session. We hit up a few favorite spots around the city, and capped it all off with some romance on the train tracks. I hope you love these images as much as I do!

Alexis was married over the weekend at Chateau Bellevue, and I’m happy to be able to post her beautiful bridal session, also taken at Chateau Bellevue. I had a fun time working with her, even though rumors persist that the Chateau is haunted! We opted not to take any photos in the creepy doll room! Congrats, Alexis!!

Rosemary and Ari had their wedding back in late March, but we were unable to fit in her bridal session before the wedding. We collectively decided that we could do the bridals after the wedding, but then do something even more special and turn the second half of the bridal session into a post-wedding session incorporating Ari. We shot the session at the always beautiful Laguna Gloria, and the photos completely blow me away!

Alison and Shawn got engaged on April 23, 2011, and I was there to witness it! This marks something completely different for me, where a client asked me to document his proposal. Shawn set the whole day up as a birthday present for his girlfriend, Alison. They were going to meet me at the Wild Seed Farm in Fredericksburg, and we were just going to take some portrait shots in and among the flowers. Once we got to the field of poppy flowers, he dropped to one knee and popped the question! I have to admit, I got a little misty-eyed! We then spent the rest of the day shooting, wine tasting, and sharing lots of laughs. They’re a super fun couple, and I am so excited for them both!! Congrats!!

Rachael and Dan had their wedding on April 16, 2011. Their ceremony was held at Chapel Dulcinea, and their reception was at The Duchman Family Winery (formerly Mandola Estates). I loved being Rachael and Dan’s photographer, first for their East Austin engagement session, and then for their wedding! Their big day was simple and stress-free. I love that! Everything was about family, love and some great food, too! Big thanks to Kristin Farwell for second shooting this wonderful wedding! Congrats!!
