Well, of course I’m going to take the opportunity of this lush spring weather to snap some pictures of my sweet baby doggy, Pumpkin! I discovered this huge overgrown patch of bluebonnets within walking distance of my abode. I’m always hesitant to let Pumpkin off leash, because she has a nose for the ground, and sometimes the sound of my voice becomes irrelevant. But we walked over to the bluebonnets and I let her loose. At first she didn’t know what to make of it…she sat so sweetly as I snapped some pics. She hates looking directly at the camera, so I always have to entice her best poses with treats. After a few minutes, she was running around all crazy, bouncing and diving through the flowers with reckless abandon! Hilarious!
